About us
Before expanding our market presence, we spent three years developing in-house tools for cybersecurity management audits and implementation projects, followed by tools for AI management.
To date, we have completed several dozen security audits, regulatory applicability assessments and implementation projects relating to the NIS2 Directive, the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act and the CRA. These are our core areas of expertise and where we can offer our clients the greatest value. We support private- and public-sector organisations through ongoing advice, incident response, and access to specialists. We tailor our services to each client’s specific needs and the relevant regulatory requirements, including DORA and the AI Act, helping to ensure security and business continuity.
Cybernite has been featured in Forbes and Business Insider. We were also selected as a finalist, from more than 300 entrants, in the “Diamond Banner of Success” category of a competition organised by the Marshal’s Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Our growth, innovation, and contribution to strengthening the region’s potential were recognised by the judges.

Rafał Jaworski, CISM
Chief Executive Officer
Founder of Cybernite and former Head of Cybersecurity at a global fintech company. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Cybersecurity Management and holder of the internationally recognised CISM certification. Member of the Supervisory Board of CISO #Poland, an association of senior security leaders.
Advisory Board Member
Co-founder of Cybernite; former Senator of the Republic of Poland, Member of the Sejm, and Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Holds a doctorate from the University of Szczecin. Chair of the UNESCO Chair’s Steering Committee. Specialises in energy and EU financial instruments.
Grzegorz Mikłusiak
Advisory Board Member
A colonel and commander of the GROM Military Unit, he graduated from the University School of Physical Education and the Military Academy in Wrocław. A university lecturer and instructor who has completed specialist courses run by the US Special Forces and the British Army, including courses in special operations command.
Cybersecurity Services Manager
Professor at Krakow University of Economics and author of expert opinions, analyses, and industry reports. Research lead and author of books and specialist publications on risk and cybersecurity. ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor and holder of professional certifications including CompTIA Security+.
Cybersecurity Management Consultant
An experienced cybersecurity management consultant. A graduate of Kozminski University with a degree in Cybersecurity Management and holder of the internationally recognised CISM and CRISC certifications. Co-founder of CISO #Poland, an association of senior security leaders.
Cybersecurity Management Consultant
Specialises in Information Security Management Systems and is responsible for implementing the requirements arising from standards and legislation including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, the GDPR, DORA and NIS2. A graduate of the Higher School of Information Technology and Skills with a degree in Management.
Cybersecurity and AI Business Analyst
A technology researcher specialising in the design of architectures for generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) projects operating in globally regulated environments, including those governed by the AI Act and HIPAA. A graduate of the University of Wrocław and the University of Lower Silesia DSW.
Technical Cybersecurity Consultant
A specialist in threat analysis and security incident response. Heads the SOC team. Carries out open-source intelligence (OSINT) projects. Works in the defence sector and leads the Defence Group within CISO #Poland. A graduate of the Military University of Technology.
Andrzej Zajdel
IT and Security Administrator
A specialist in maintaining private- and public-sector infrastructure, responsible for ensuring the stability and security of IT systems. Conducts covert security testing and security reconnaissance. A graduate of the University of Szczecin.

Co-founder of Cybernite and a manager in private banking. Completed four degree programmes at WSB University and is a certified HR and payroll specialist.
Janina Jaworska

She has more than three decades of professional experience, initially as an accountant and subsequently as Chief Executive Officer of an outsourced HR and payroll services company.
Director of Cybersecurity Business Development
A co-founder of Cybernite and a director within the private banking division. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Cybersecurity Management. He has also completed The Wharton School Wealth Institute programmes in Cambridge and San Francisco.
